    I assume apart from FDI , the new shapes represent Lafayette,Gowind and Eurocorvette? Or something else?

      The shapes do not correspond to specific designs because the Navy has not decided about its future ships. Although, the two corvette designs resemble a lot Gowind type vessels. The previous of these two is Hydra frigate (not La Fayette).

      They haven't even decided on how to MLU the Hydra class in really stark contrast to Turkish Navy who seems to make such decisions 10 years in advance.

      The two navies are so similiar yet so different...
